Further, to perform receiving, by a second network device from a first network device of a communication network, allocation information for an availability of resources in the communication network; based on the allocation information, determining operations for allocating the resources for use by a third device in the in the communication network; and communicating comprising at least one of simultaneous transmission to the first network device and the third device or simultaneous reception from the first network device and a third device of at least one operation associated with the allocation information for allocation of the resources to the third device in the communication network,
