An insulating layer is disposed on the circuit element and includes a contact hole. A first transparent electrode is disposed on the insulating layer and is electrically connected to the circuit element through the contact hole. At least one light-emitting diode is disposed on the first transparent electrode and defines the at least one emission area. The at least one light-emitting diode comprises a PN diode including inorganic semiconductor based-materials. A portion of the first transparent electrode is located in the transmission area.
