The transfer pad is electrically connected to the drain. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the transfer pad through a first opening of a first insulating layer. The first insulating layer is disposed between the transfer pad and the pixel electrode. A width of the first opening is greater than a width of the drain. The width of the first opening is smaller than a width of the transfer pad. The display device of the disclosure can improve the electron transfer between the pixel electrode and the drain.
