A first elastomeric package (236) is disposed between the tubular body and the inner member (210) longitudinally between the pivot ring (220) and the upstream end. A second elastomeric package (236) is disposed between the tubular body and the inner member (210) longitudinally between the pivot ring (220) and the downstream end.
