The carrier, the base, and the guide member are movable together in the first axial direction, the carrier and the base are movable together in the second axial direction, the carrier is movable relative to the base in the optical axis direction, the magnets and the coils of the first driving unit and the magnet and the coil of the second driving unit are disposed to face each other in the optical axis direction.
