Abstract:
The present application provides a vehicle electric braking device that can safely stop a vehicle even when a failure occurs.
The vehicle electric braking device includes a wheel brake which is connected to a power source mounted on a vehicle and performs braking operation of a brake mechanism of wheels of vehicle. In the vehicle electric braking device, wheel brake includes: a motor which has two sets of independent coil windings, a first coil winding and a second coil winding, and drives a braking mechanism of the wheels of vehicle; a first control unit which is connected to the first coil winding of motor and controls motor; and a second control unit which is connected to the second coil winding of motor and controls motor. Then, wheel brake is provided on at least any one of the wheels of vehicle.
