The method includes providing an application layer including at least one first user interface (UI) element, providing a video player layer including at least one second UI element, the video player layer being integrated in the application layer and configured to present the interactive video to the user, receiving a first user interaction associated with the at least one first UI element, and dynamically modifying the interactive video and/or the at least one second UI element included in the video player layer based on the first user interaction.
