The transparent layer includes a band-shaped portion extending from the first side surface toward the second side surface and a frame-shaped portion formed in a frame shape surrounding the band-shaped portion. The band-shaped portion is separated from the frame-shaped portion. A width of the band-shaped portion on a first side surface side is larger than a width of the band-shaped portion on a second side surface side.
