Each spoke mounting section is defined by a pair of inclined side walls and a bottom wall extending between the inclined side walls. The mounting sleeve is formed with a plurality of spoke mounting holes, each of which extends from a respective one of the inclined side walls to an outer wall surface of the mounting sleeve.
