The at least one pin possesses an engagement groove. The metal scuff plate further includes a synthetic-resin made clip having at least one first hook engaged with the engagement groove of the pin. The clip is engaged with at least one engagement hole defined at a body so as to fasten the light-alloy plate to the body.
