The secondary display touch screen assembly has an inner bezel frame, an insulated touch screen, a panel having an opening, and an outer bezel frame. The insulated touch screen ha an insulating material around a periphery of the touch screen. The insulated touch screen is positioned within the opening of the panel. The panel and the insulated touch screen are positioned between the inner bezel frame and the outer bezel frame.
