Also disclosed are (i) isolated nucleic acids encoding the polypeptides and related expression vectors and host cells; (ii) purified antibodies that recognize the polypeptides; and (iii) methods of producing the polypeptides, diagnosing infection with a coronavirus, and producing the antibodies.
