The device further includes address electrodes extending in a first direction, first and second electrodes extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and third (scan) electrodes, each of which is disposed between and at constant intervals from the first and second electrodes. At least one of the first, second and third electrodes has an edge line extending oblique to the first direction.
