Each of the first and second electrodes includes a bus electrode extending in the second direction, and an extension electrode that protrudes from the bus electrode in the first direction towards a corresponding discharge cell. Each bus electrode includes at least two bus electrode portions that are electrically connected to each other and that are separated from each other by a predetermined gap.
