The device further comprises a retention section (memory section 4) that retains the time correction information in order to perform time correction later at the right time. Moreover, computing is performed such that a time span (ΔT, from the instant when the time correction information is received until the instant when the time correction takes place) is added to the supplied time (correction time Tx) in order to obtain the true time (fixed time Ty).
