The first portion has structure for monitoring a selected aspect of the container, and for transmitting from the first portion to the second portion a first wireless communication that includes first information relating to the selected aspect. The second portion has structure for broadcasting from the second portion to a remote location a second wireless communication that includes second information based on the first information.
