The first arm has a member-side engagement section which is engaged with the enclosure, and the second arm has a member-side fixing section which is fixed to the enclosure. The enclosure has an enclosure-side engagement section with which the member-side engagement section is engaged and an enclosure-side fixing section to which the member-side fixing section is fixed.
