A pharmaceutical composition comprising 5HT1 receptor agonist or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof in combination with an NSAID or pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof wherein the 5HT1 receptor agonist and NSAID are located in discrete zones with respect to each other wherein each zone comprises the active ingredient and optionally a carrier. A preferred composition comprises sumatriptan succinate and naproxen sodium.
