A method of manufacturing the electronic apparatus includes preparing a subassembly product formed by connecting a cover member, which is to form part of the first housing and to which the mounting component is to be mounted, with a mask member, which is to form part of the second housing and is provided with an opening portion to expose a display screen of the display to outside, by the hinge portion, and mounting the mounting component on the cover member through the opening portion of the mask member, in a state where the subassembly product is folded such that the mask member is superposed on the cover member.
