The infrared ray cutting film 12 is formed on the top surface 11b of the glass plate 11. A thickness of the infrared ray cutting film 12 is 300 to 3000 nm. A mole ratio of the content of the ITO particles to the content of the silica in the infrared ray cutting film 12 is 0.6:9.4 to 2.3:7.7.
