摘要：
A catalyst for polyurethane production is provided which is non-corrosive and exhibits effective delay of catalyst action. The catalyst comprises a mixture of a tertiary amine, and a saturated dicarboxylic acid represented by General Formula: HOOC—(CH2)n—COOH where n is an integer of from 2 to 14.
