Specifically, a method for manufacturing an organic electronic element which uniformly emits light with high emission efficiency is provided. The method for manufacturing the organic electronic element includes a step of forming a functional layer by laminating at least an organic layer (A) and an organic layer (B) in this order on a substrate. After forming at least the organic layer (A), the organic layer (B) is applied and formed on the organic layer (A) by using a fluorine-containing solvent.
