According to the invention, at least two rollers (5, 6) are provided for sealing the chambers (2, 3), said rollers resting in a sealing manner on either side of the strip (4). The aim of the invention is to improve the sealing action. To achieve this, at least some sections of the circumference of at least one of the rollers (5, 6) are covered with a flexible elastic material (7) and said roller or rollers (5, 6) have an inner core (8) that is covered with a jacket consisting of the flexible elastic material (7).
