A display device according to the present invention has a pixel defined by a plurality of sub pixels. The plurality of sub pixels include at least a red sub pixel for displaying red, a green sub pixel for displaying green, a blue sub pixel for displaying blue, and a yellow sub pixel for displaying yellow. When an input signal corresponding to green in the sRGB color space is input from outside, the display device according to the present invention provides display using the yellow sub pixel in addition to the green sub pixel.
