On at least part of side surfaces of the stator tooth that are arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator core, a radial end surface of the stator tooth that is located radially inward of the stator core, and, of radial end surfaces of the yoke portion that are arranged in a radial direction of the stator core, the radial end surface at which the stator tooth is formed, a rough surface portion is formed having surface roughness greater than that of circumferential end surfaces of the yoke portion that are located in a circumferential direction of the stator core.
