A transmitting end circuit includes a rectifying unit, a control unit, a resonant unit, a primary coil and an inductor unit. The control unit outputs a control signal to the rectifying unit. The resonant unit has a first end connected to the rectifying unit. The primary coil is connected to the resonant unit. The inductor unit is connected to a second end of the primary coil and the controlling unit.
