The upper end portion of the main body portion includes a bank (6) provided higher than an upper surface (HS) of the main body portion and surrounding the opening portion. The flexible film is bonded to an upper surface (DS) of the bank so that a bonding surface of the main body portion bonded to the flexible film is flat to improve a bonding strength and a sealing property between the flexible film and the main body portion.
