A top surface of the first dielectric layer is further from a top surface of the first electrode than is any other surface of the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer includes a first dielectric material and a second dielectric material. A bottom surface of the second dielectric layer is in direct physical contact with the top surface of the first dielectric layer. The second dielectric layer includes the second dielectric material.
