The cover member has translucency and diffusing properties, is formed so as to project from a front side edge portion of the apparatus body, includes a side wall extending along the edge portion and formed upright within a range of inner angle from 60° to 90° with reference to a horizontal plane at least partly along the edge portion, and covers the light source unit so as to leave a substantially center portion of the apparatus body as an uncovered portion.
