The light-emitting device has, over the second electrode, a first high-emissivity layer that has higher emissivity than the second electrode and is thermally connected to the second electrode, and a low-reflectivity layer with which a metal substrate surface facing the support substrate is provided and which has lower reflectivity than the metal substrate.
