Overlapping area of drain terminal of thin film transistor and scan line forms parasitic capacitor Cgs, and overlapping area of drain terminal of thin film transistor and scan line increases from signal input end to signal out end of a same scan line so that capacitance of parasitic capacitor increases along the same line.
