A double-walled cooling housing (1) for an electrical machine (13). The cooling housing (1) comprises an inner housing (3), an outer housing (5) and a force transmission element (7). The outer housing (5) surrounds the inner housing (3). The force transmission element (7) is arranged between the inner housing (3) and the outer housing (5) and the force transmission element transmits forces that act on the inner housing (3) to the outer housing (5). Moreover, the force transmission element (7) guides cooling fluid between the inner housing (3) and the outer housing (5).
