The first control portion controls the feeder so as to start feeding of the print-receiving medium in the forward direction. The detection determining portion determines whether or not a detecting device detects the identifier after feeding in the forward direction was started. The second control portion controls the feeder so as to feed the print-receiving medium in a reverse direction, and to position a position of the print-receiving medium in a predetermined first initial position.
