A method for the production of a single-dose-type marked vial (10) intended, in particular, to receive a product (22) for pharmaceutical or cosmetic uses includes the following steps: production of a vial (10) including a cavity that is intended to receive the product (22); filling of the vial with the product (22) and sealing thereof, separate production of a cover (30), and marking (40) of the cover (30).
