There are equipped with: a first movable element 105, which is biased by a first spring 106 biasing in a valve closing direction, as a movable element which opens and closes a valve when being attracted by a magnetic core 109 of the electromagnetic fuel injection valve; and a second movable element 104 biased toward the magnetic core 109 by a second spring 112 biasing in a valve opening direction.
