The first display panel includes: a first substrate; a first gate line and a second gate line on the first substrate and spaced apart from each other; a data line crossing the first gate line and the second gate line; a shielding electrode on the data line and insulated from the data line; a first electrode electrically connected with the first gate line and the data line; a passivation layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the passivation layer and electrically connected with the second gate line and the shielding electrode. The second display panel includes a third electrode on a second substrate. The second electrode includes a branch portion.
