The electronic device transmits power change information containing a power control value of an application to another electronic device, and receives and stores power control information about the application transmitted from the another electronic device. If a power level of the electronic device is lower than a predetermined power change level when the application is executed, the electronic device executes the application with power control data of the application in the power control information stored in the electronic device.
