The switching panel includes a plurality of unit devices. Each of the unit devices includes a first zone disposed at one side of a center axis of the unit device and a second zone disposed at the other side of the center axis. Each of the first zone and the second zone includes a plurality of electrodes, respectively. The plurality of electrodes do not overlap the center axis.
