The sealing element is disposed on a non-active area of a liquid crystal cell. The sealing element has at least four sealing sections having beginnings and ends connected to each other. The sealing sections have at least one sealant segment and at least one color resist segment. The at least one sealant segment and the at least one color resist segment are integrated with each other. A narrow frame of the display panel is achieved.
