The plurality of first electric conductors 13A extend in a different direction from a direction in which the plurality of second electric conductor 13B extend. The thermal adhesive film 5 bonds the at least one support film 11 and the transparent substrate 1. The resin layer 3 is disposed between the touch sensor 10 and the image-display body 2 and is made of a photo-curable resin.
