The optical film includes a quantum rod film layer and a light transmission prism layer located on a light emergent side of the quantum rod film layer. The prism layer is configured at the light emergent side of the quantum rod film layer to converge the linearly polarized light transmitted by the quantum rod film layer, so that the brightness of the light located at the light emergent side of the whole optical film is increased.
