Abstract: A backlight source comprising a light source, guide fibers and transmission fibers, the guide fibers and the transmission fibers are coupled by means of a coupling joint, wherein the first end of the guide fiber is coupled to the light source, the second end of the guide fiber is flexibly coupled to the first port of the coupling joint, and/or the first end of the transmission fiber is flexibly coupled to the second port of the coupling joint, and the second end of the transmission fiber is provided with a reflection head; the light emitted from the light source passes through the guide fiber and enters into the coupling joint, then is transmitted into the transmission fiber, and is finally emitted by the reflection head. The backlight source is collapsible and is thus flexible and convenient to use. Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a transparent display device.

Abstract: A true three-dimensional volumetric imaging device includes an imaging light source, a light source adjusting unit, an imaging plate, and a movement driving unit. The light source adjusting unit is arranged between the imaging light source and the imaging plate, and the imaging plate is connected to the movement driving unit. A light beam emitted from the imaging light source is incident onto the imaging plate after being adjusted by the light source adjusting unit, and the movement driving unit causes the imaging plate to oscillate in a direction parallel to an outgoing direction of the light beam emitted from the imaging light source. In the true three-dimensional volumetric imaging device, the true three-dimensional volumetric display of an image is achieved. An algorithm herein is simpler, and a more complete volumetric object can be shown.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to the field of liquid crystal display, specifically to a display screen frame eliminating apparatus and a display device. The display screen frame eliminating apparatus comprises a light source, a light tube and a drive module. The light tube comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, and the light source is located within the light tube or under the lower surface of the light tube. The light tube enables the light emitted by the light source to dispersedly exit from the upper surface. The drive module drives the light source to emit light based on the luminous condition of the edge pixels of the display area in the display screen. In this way, the light source emits light rays similar as the edge pixels of the display area in the display screen, and the light rays dispersedly exit from the upper surface of the light tube by means of the layered light tube structure. Therefore, to the human eyes, the display influence of the frame can be eliminated in all directions, and the display effect of the display device can be improved.

The backlight module further includes: a light collimation element configured to convert divergent rays emitted from the light source into parallel rays; a polarizing beam-splitting element configured to convert the parallel rays into a first polarized ray and a second polarized ray with their vibration directions perpendicular to each other; and a phase delaying element configured to convert the vibration direction of the second polarized ray to be identical to that of the first polarized ray, so as to form a third polarized ray. The first and third polarized rays form incident polarized rays entering into the light guide plate. The light guide plate is configured to receive the incident polarized rays.
