The method includes providing a network, a computer server, a database on the computer server and one or more workstations for storing one or more past periodic award files for a plurality of users. The computer server is connected to the network and is capable of receiving one or more inputs from one or more workstations connected to the network. The network can be either a local area network or may be a cloud-based network accessible through the Internet.
