A non-aqueous electrolyte of a lithium-ion battery and a lithium-ion battery. The electrolyte comprises a non-aqueous organic solvent, a lithium salt and an additive. The additive comprises substances containing the following compounds (A) and (B): (A), where R1, R2, R3 are independently selected from hydrocarbon groups having 1 to 4 carbon atoms respectively, and at least one of R1, R2, R3 is an unsaturated hydrocarbon group containing a triple bond; (B) lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide. The nonaqueous electrolyte of the lithium-ion battery enables the lithium-ion battery to have a lower impedance and better low-temperature and high-temperature performances.
