The first block portion is movably disposed within the receiving space in a first direction and configured to enter and exit from the receiving space. The first block portion includes a pivoting portion and a stopping portion connected with the pivoting portion. The second block portion is rotatably connected with the pivoting portion about a rotating axis. The first direction, the second direction and the rotating axis are perpendicular to one another.
