The intelligent fitness system includes a fitting device, a plurality of physical buttons arranged on a handle of the fitting device at positions corresponding to fingers of a user respectively, a controller electrically connected to the physical buttons, and a display device electrically connected to the controller. Each physical button is configured to collect an operation instruction from the user and transmit the operation instruction to the controller. The controller is configured to transmit the operation instruction to the display device. The display device is configured to display a corresponding image in accordance with the operation instruction.
