The second plate is attached to the other of the regulating member and the operating lever so as to be rotatable unitarily therewith. Additionally, the first plate includes a plurality of engaging recesses on a surface thereof opposed to the second plate. Moreover, the second plate includes three or more engaging protrusions, which are engaged with the engaging recesses, on a surface thereof opposed to the first plate.
