The substrate layer has a thickness TS and the PSA layer has a total thickness TPSA at a TS/TPSA ratio value of greater than 0.3, and the PSA layer has a storage modulus at 25° C., G′(25° C.) of 0.15 MPa or greater as well as a loss modulus at 25° C., G″(25° C.), of 2.0 MPa or less.
