The plurality of non-slit portions belonging to the first slit row and the plurality of non-slit portions belonging to the second slit row do not overlap each other in a transverse direction of the tape. The opening prevention portion closes ends of the plurality of slits. The strength-reducing portion and the strength-maintaining portion are aligned in the transverse direction of the tape.
