The refrigeration circuit includes a compressor, a refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger operable as a condenser/gas cooler for heat exchange between the refrigerant and the coolant of the coolant circuit, and at least one first refrigerant-air heat exchanger for conditioning intake air for the passenger compartment having a first expansion element upstream in a flow direction of the refrigerant. The coolant circuit includes a conveyor device, a first coolant-air heat exchanger heating the intake air for the passenger compartment, and the refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger. A refrigerant-air heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the refrigerant and ambient air is provided. The refrigerant-air heat exchanger is arranged downstream of the first refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger in the flow direction of the refrigerant. An expansion element is upstream of the refrigerant-air heat exchanger in the flow direction of the refrigerant.
